Rooted is about unlearning the pressure, and Reclaimed is about rebuilding the life.

Because you cannot reclaim a self you haven’t yet found, Phase 1: Rooted is a required prerequisite for Phase 2: Reclaimed. We begin by tending to the soil of your motherhood—healing depletion and deconstructing societal myths—so that when we begin your "Revolution," it is built on a foundation that can actually hold your greatness.

In my experience, trying to overhaul your life (Reclaimed) while you are still physically and mentally depleted (Rooted) is a recipe for more burnout. I require Phase 1 first because I refuse to give you more 'to-dos' until we have tended to your foundation. This is how we ensure your transformation is permanent, not just a temporary fix.

The 3-Month Stabilization Program

Focus: The Sociology & The Science

Before you can reclaim your life, you have to understand why you feel lost in it. In this phase, we focus on the Internal Environment. We deconstruct the "Perfect Mother Myth" (Sociology) and address the neurobiological shifts of your parental brain (Science). We move you from "surviving" to "steady" by curing depletion and silencing the inner critic that says you aren't doing enough.

  • Goal: To establish a physical and emotional foundation where you feel "enough" exactly as you are.

  • Key Tool: The Good Enough Week Workbook — a guide to redefining success and lowering the bar to a level that actually allows for joy.

  • Structure: 6 bi-weekly sessions, online or in-person (local only) + WhatsApp support.

Once you are Rooted, we start the Revolution. This phase is about the External Environment. We implement the Fair Play method to make the mental load visible (Strategy) and move into the spiritual work of reclaiming your identity beyond "Mom." This is where you find your "Unicorn Space" and shift your home from a place of labor to a place of connection.

  • Goal: To redesign your life’s systems so they serve you, allowing your spirit to thrive in your own reclaimed space.

  • Key Tool: The Reclamation Compass© — a proprietary tool to help you navigate your way back to your passions, interests, and non-negotiable self-care.

  • Structure: 12 sessions, online or in-person (local only) + high-touch support.

  • Investment: $1350 CAN + GST (Full Payment) or $225 CAN per month + GST

Before you can change how you feel, you must see the "water you are swimming in". Using Dr. Sophie Brock’s Fish Tank of Motherhood model, we identify the hidden systemic pressures—the "Perfect Mother Myth"—that dictate how you "should" feel and act. By deconstructing these unrealistic social constructs, we shift the narrative from "What is wrong with me?" to "What is wrong with the system?".

The Science: Honoring the Parental Brain

Motherhood is the most significant neurobiological revolution an adult can experience. We honor the neuroplasticity of the parental brain, drawing on the research of Dr. Rocío Zunini to understand how your neural networks have reorganized for empathy and vigilance. We then address Postnatal Depletion, as researched by Dr. Oscar Serrallach, establishing the physical foundations to replenish your body and mind—ensuring your internal environment is as supported as your external one.

The Strategy: Reclaiming Your Space

Resentment often grows where labor is invisible. Using the principles of Fair Play By Eve Rodsky, we map out your household’s mental load—the anticipating, planning, and monitoring that drains your battery. By making this labor visible and redistributing ownership, we clear the space necessary for you to reclaim your Unicorn Space (Eve Rodsky): those activities that make you feel like you, beyond being a partner or a parent.

The Spirit: Finding Your Center

In the final pillar, we embrace the "Good Enough Mother" philosophy. We move away from the paralyzing pursuit of perfection and toward authentic connection—with your children and, most importantly, yourself. We use the Wheel of Matrescence from MamaRising® to integrate your pre-mother self with the woman you are becoming, allowing you to show up as a whole, beautiful, and "rooted" human being.
